Yes. You will need to at minimum get your temporary Florida boating permit. It is a short test that takes about 15 minutes and costs around $10. It can be completed online.
While we don't offer any official courses or certifications, we do take safety and rules very serious, and thus provide all customers with mandatory safety information, on ski training, and explain the laws of boating. We also provide navigation maps, safety checklists, and Florida laws.
We are a mobile company that will deliver to the boat ramp. You can also come to our office in Wellington, Florida.
You must be 21, despite the laws of Florida allowing 14 year olds to operate a PWC.
Yes. We provide you with life jackets, fire extinguisher, whistle, key kill switch, sunscreen and navigation maps.
Yes, we require all customers to wear a Coast Guard approved life jacket while using our water sports equipment. Safety is our top priority.
We strictly prohibit any person operating our PWC's to consume any alcohol or drugs. If we suspect any such behavior we will terminate your rental.
Yes, all our PWC's have the State required insurance. And we also offer each customer the opportunity to purchase additional insurance.
No. Do to safety concerns, we do not allow towing any person behind a PWC.
You must book on our website. We will meet you at the dock on your scheduled day and time (you must arrive 30 minutes early to sign paperwork and have training. We will have you read and sign all the required forms. We then go over pre ride safety and operational instructions. After we feel you understand everything, we will do a test ride for a lesson with you on the PWC to make sure you can operate the PWC safe and understand the laws of the water. After that, you will have the full day to use the PWC's. We will meet you back at the boat ramp at a set time. You will get your security deposit back as long as no damage has been done to the PWC's.
If you book a rental we require a deposit to hold that spot for you. If you cancel within 72 hours your deposit will be returned.
